    Pics coming. It was to good of deal to pass and the tone out of this thing at the shop. I have to stop going up there at lunch. But I've had my eye on this for a long time. Can't believe they never sold it, but they don't ship tube amps there.

    They had a Rickenbacker in. I took the time to hook it up and play it. What a fantastic guitar. They wanted $2100 for it. I almost ditched the amp and got the guitar. I just cant justify the cost at the moment. Damn thing is haunting me though. "It will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine."

    I know what you mean- I really want the Gretch I borrowed when I tried out the Supro!
    Your SS looks similar to my Stage112- which sounds badass with the Ric...

    But wow, $2100 for a regular ole 330 sounds like a lot, but I guess that's more or less what they go for now.
    Inflation is a bitch. Or rather, a quality guitar is a pretty decent investment!

    I might trade/barter mine for the right match. (You saw the original hard shell case in the pic right ;))

    It was a 1998, not sure if that affected the cost. Played great though.

    What you looking to trade for for trade? That's a bad ass guitar you got.

    I used to have it. I remember finding it used at the record store and buying it. Was blown away when I checked it out. Remember when some stores would let you listen to cds before you bought them? I used to love that.

    Yeah seen that before...
    Was kind of looking for first or second hand experience.

    I'm not really looking to mod; just need it gone through. Last time I used it, it went microphonic and fizzy...might just be tubes.
    There's a couple guys I found on Youtube...one seems unhinged the other is in Australia.

    Really struggling with this one tonight.
    He lowered it $300 but now he added $100 shipping where b4 it was free shipping.
    I also don't like that its in lansing, Michigan and only has a gig bag to ship.

    I'll make up my mind once I get home and drink a few golden monkeys.

    In high-school I got a guitar for my birthday. I did not know anyone who played or how to learn.... eventually I taught myself to play a few songs like "superman" and a few disturbed songs from online tabs.

    Long story short my mind didn't wrap around how to jam on guitar, but I admire those who can. And I am jelly.

    I appreciate the art, but I wasn't built for it. But love me some rips by those who can. Air guitar all day pretending I am rocking out with em :bowdown:
