I have vacation half of October and pretty much all of November, I'm sure I'll squeeze in a call-in or two in December for hunting; I aint too stressed about it yet.

 

I don’t mind the time and effort it takes to get the firewood like you did. There will be a time however when I’ll need to just comply with what my body says . Getting the pellets yourself I a good way to stay busy. Get out of the house and kill some time

 

How long have you been there at the plant to accrue all that vacation?

If my employer had any surplus funds you can guarantee it wouldn't trickle down to anyone below upper management.
Something else trickle down to us though and we wouldn't care for the smell of it.

15 years. I don't actually get that much (200 hours), our schedule just works out to where you can take long stretches off.

my company blew it on paying our installers for staying home, while I worked.. kinda unfair

We keep ours completely separate, I figure if we split up it's already taken care of for us.
