Can't confirm... Both the glass in my truck (VIN-etched) and the junkyard glass (no VIN) measure 3.5-3.75mm thick.

The range is because I have cheap digital calipers and it's hard to get a clean reading on the curved glass. The VIN-etched glass actually measured a little thicker, but I think that's just because of the tint on it.

Maybe there are different thicknesses out there, but at least mine are the same. I'm actually a little bummed. I just put new tires on and now all I hear is wind noise.

The vin etching I have no clue on, but I saw a thread where someone compared two side by side after a replacement was getting jammed up in the rubber it rides on, they were two thicknesses

All the glass I have is from standard cabs. The original glass in my '98 6-lug and then the junkyard glass from an 01-04 (I didn't pay attention to the exact year) 5-lug.

I could see the standard cab/5-lug getting budget spec while double cabs get nicer stuff...

I had some chevy bro brake on me in the fast lane to a crawl and then proceed to merge three lanes to the off ramp cutting everyone off in the process.

Also Ive been questioning something I'm able to do

So I was unemployed for a month and got used to sleeping till like 12 and doing a brake job or oil change or whatever in the evening and staying up till 3

But I got a job and without even setting an alarm I immediately started waking up at 8:15 on the dot for the last week just by reminding myself I have to wake up before I go to bed than sure as shit no alarm or anything I just wake up on time, does anyone else do that?

Another thing if I decide to snooze after I wake up I always dream every single time and remain somewhat conscious enough to wake myself up from my dream

95% of the time I wake up before my alarm, no matter how stupid late I stayed up.

Then there’s days like today
