Waxed Truck Today. Holy Sh**

Used this for the first time. Found it extremely easy to apply for this aging 60 year old. If someone is looking to put an awesome shine on their vehicles look this up on YouTube.

I love his work. Been watching since the days when his channel was basically "will a lawnmower run on (insert ridiculous but flammable liquid)?"

 

I bought two bottles of that coating based on his video but haven't used it yet. It's gotten to a point where if I'm thinking about buying something I go to his channel to see if he's done tests. Some of his videos surprise me in the methods that he comes up with to do fairly scientific tests between products.

 

I used some spray on "ceramic" stuff and the results were ok. Water would bead but otherwise nothing special. Next time I washed, clayed, washed then applied it and it brought some depth to the paint and lasted much longer.

I was reading the excellent reviews on a detailing site on Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions.

 

I definitely agree, especially with the tests he comes up with!

 

Does it fix super white paint flaking off?

What color vehicle did you use it on? Did you do anything special before you applied it?

 

Holy hell. That guy got a like and subscribe. His testing was meticulous. He didn’t add any bullshit filler or endorsements, like got to the point! And he clearly explained his reasonings with evidence to back it. I’ll definitely check out the Hybrid Solutions spray!

 

Been using this stuff for a while now along with their car wash/wax soap. The amount of beading is insane. I overuse it though. It says it's good for a whole year with 2 coats. I just recoat after each wash, which is about once or twice a month.

 

I prefer Griots Ceramic 3 in 1 spray which is a similar product to that of the turtle wax.

There's a local car wash that offers it as an option. Not sure if it's the same brand though because it's done from an application machine.
