    Is there a way to make the tacoma sport hood scoops functional? so that air goes in the motor. Does anybody make a kit to do this or have done this before?

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Nope. Even if you cut it open, it lies in a Low Pressure area of the hood, so air wont "Flow" into it.
