Hey Guys @Blais03 - So I purchased a set back in March 2021 and installed it in April, been about 6 months and now my rear diff is starting to leak around the gasket area?

Would you guys know what would cause this? Install was pretty simple, so wondering if I should just remove and put the original back in or what's the best solution to get this fixed?

*The truck has 124k miles and it never leaked prior to the install, haven't gone offroading/wheeling for awhile now as well*

Take the hose off the diff and see if you can blow and suck through it. Maybe clean it off first, up to you. Most likely the seal is starting to leak on its own with age. Not a hard fix.

Hey guys, with xmas around the corner, and a wedding to pay for, I’ve decided to fire up the small diff breather business again! Thank you for all who have been patient as lots of things have shifted in the passed year. Help me out by commenting in the thread and getting some business rolling!

If locating the breather behind the driver side tail light, would the 5’ hose be long enough to include a little slack?

Should reach, honestly I cut them about at about 6’ but if you’d rather 8’ I can accommodate that

If it’s around 6’ that should work out I hope. Would you recommend adding a little silicone to the end of the barb fitting, in addition to the hose clamp, for added support for leaks?
