    I ordered them back in mid August. It took a week for them to send out a P.O. and have been trying to wait patiently. It’s been 7 weeks since the money left my account and still haven’t got an update on my order or tracking since. Just be aware if you’re looking to order from them. I’m about to cancel the order because the lack of communication from them.

    I wonder if they source fabric from China? Or elsewhere in Asia? The whole supply chain problem is real right now.

    If they update their customers about this I would understand and instead get them else where. But I haven’t gotten an email since they sent my P.O. back in August.

    took about 7 weeks for my saddleman seat covers. got an update every step of the process. cutting, sewing, test fitting, etc.

    yea, already got them installed. ordered them on august 6th and received them on september 23rd.

    Sep 7 order and was just told 2 more weeks. FYI this is my 4th set….just installed a set on my wife’s JK and the quality / fit has gone down significantly since my first set (2013).

    I may cancel. Seems like they have forgotten about my order completely. I called and they had no update on my order accept to keep waiting. They didn’t even get me a tracking number.

    I have ordered several sets over the years for various vehicles I have owned, I don't think I have ever waited less than a month and a half. And this was precovid.

    Have you tried calling them or reaching out in any way? I imagine lead times on these have a least doubled since covid. The entire world is on intergalactic back order.

    I called them 2 weeks ago and they had no update on my order. There excuse was wait a few more weeks. And here I am still with no tracking info or update. I’m quite irritated with the lack of customer service. They took my money before I could blink but have forgotten about my order entirely.

    No tracking number means they have not shipped yet, all packages nowadays have tracking numbers assigned to them.

    I'd phone them every day asking for a tracking number until they provide it.

    Hopefully you'll love the covers when they arrive that might make the shipping delay a faded memory.

    Just cancel it and go another route. You’re not gonna be happy no matter what the outcome is so save yourself the additional pain.
