Oh that is an understatement, they care nothing about your rates going up or what you want out of your insurance. What they want you to do is invest with them. I had an agent tell me this and told me he didn't care about my costs going up, said it was my problem not his... Piece of chit still works there

A little something every chance we get.
I had them for 28 years - from when we moved into this house. Always too care of everything. Until they didn't. TX changed the "at faults" law to where it didn't matter if you were or not, and when some SMHS twerp rear ended my month old Prius, and I made a police report and everything, they told me that I would have to pay for the deductible, and they'd do nothing with the at fault to recover it. I get this for 28 years? No more.

These jokers take note of what vehicle and license plate you pull in with then want your insurance, drivers license, blood type, DNA and mothers maiden name also. I went through drive through and took this picture.

lol the vendors complain big time, the city makes most vendors use the ticket system so the city can keep track of sales tax, lol

Good thing I don't live within the city limits as of yet.

The president of TxFB is a member of our church, I sure hope TxFB has their crap together if I have a claim, I RSVP'd for the 79th annual convention later this month.

I don't think I have much choice when it comes to farm properties and equipment, I may have to explore other alternatives again just keep sake. When I called them this past summer and told them to add $100k piece of equipment to my policy instead of using over pried rental insurance it was done by cob, not to mention they cover up to 2 million liability.

How is SA with the sporadic covid hysteria still around?

For the most part, getting better, events are going on as scheduled as far as I can tell. Last time the wife and I were around downtown everything looked back to normal actually, plenty of people down there.
