It is. And the pics don't do it justice.

Anybody want these? For 2nd Gen taco. They’ve been kicking around my garage for two years now. Just hate to throw them out. Free as long as we can meet up and BS for a little, maybe over a beer?

Trying to make my wife happy and get rid of the 2019 TRD OR wheels sitting under our deck. Swapped them out at 8k miles. Asking $750

I spy the frontend of a Ford van with what appears to be a good sized tire on it (the pic of you and the truck). Would this van be a Sportsmobile/Quigley?

    Great pictures by the way.

Thx on the pics. The vans (one not shown) were rear wheel drive, one with a small probably block lift. Both were concerned about the snow and wind coming in and were headed out first thing the next morning.

So Monument Valley was absolutely spectacular on the drive in. Then the weather moved in. Rain over night, temps dropped to the low 30's, and the cold wind of Siberia joined the party. And our guided tour was an open air "bus." 34 degrees when we started. That being said, we went deep into the park and saw petroglyphs, ruins of former living areas, went into and active traditional house to warm up, and saw some spectacular views.

Grand Canyon received 3" of snow overnight, which looked spectacular coming in. The roads were clear, but the canyon was not. Tomorrow we start exploring.

Awesome! Appreciate you sharing the pictures...looks like a great adventure for sure. You should do one of those trip reports that people post here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/forums/trip-reports.180/.

You might already be past it but if not, definitely do Broken Arrow and if you want some great views, Schnebly Hill comes off the 17 and dumps out right into Sedona. Easy trail but rocky (bumpy) as hell in some places.

We're headed out through Winslow for then painted desert and petrified forest. And something about standing on a corner. We may take a day andndo at least one, depending on weekend or not. I'd like to avoid the pink jeeps if we can.

I saved the link. I was planning on doing something in the buld thread, but this may be a better place. I'll have to look at it and see.

Today we actually got to see the Grand Canyon! Beautiful clear day and 50 degrees. Also saw a new full size Bronco Saskwatch edition headed into the park. And we had a TW member show us around. Met @Cuffs on the Inferno thread and she walked us around the Canyon Village area and then found some dirt on the way out. More dirt and Canyon tomorrow.

Yeah definitely avoid the weekends if you can. The pink Jeeps are more a burden on Broken Arrow where there's less space and it's more technical but like I said, Schnebly is something you do for the views than any sense of a challenge. I didn't even need 4wd other than to give the system a workout so if I were to pick one it's definitely BA.
