Parent's house is proceeding well, had a big delay with windows, but once they got the windows in, I swear they went into overdrive. Siding, brick, drywall, all done in the last two weeks. I've had to go out there 1-2x a week to make sure everything went well from the time they put the slab in, to framing, to running electrical, everything had a few issues. Even though their house (and most new construction right now) is NO OPTIONS, the building supervisor at least let me run some Cat6 drops in the house.

I feel bad for the people that are buying these mass built houses without keeping tabs on them. Nothing has been a major fix, but 20 flaws is 20 flaws.

The one near me still tops out at $125. They have my repeat business now.
