I installed this controller in my 21 OR, very happy with it - I'm using Nakita front camera - only issue I have encountered is that when front camera is exposed to hot Colorado sun for an extended period, as when parked, it will sometimes black out - recovers fully after cooling - not the controllers fault.... now I cover the front cam or park so its on shady side - this issue was rare. Control functions exactly as described. great for garage parking, and occasionally helpful on trail. I bought directly from Hong Kong (car-solutions.com) ymmv

I’ve got it on mine and have been happy with it. I had jumped in on the preorder for it from last year sometime. Install was pretty easy but you do need to run a wire through the engine bay for the camera. The only issue I had was user operation.

I did buy a longer cable for the camera and I’m pretty sure that was recommended in this thread since you can get it as a single run wire rather than the one provided with the kit.

Over a year of operation and no issues.

I also have and love it. Need to switch out the front camera for something wider, but I have never had overheating issues (and I live in Colorado too). I've left the front on for an entire trail and never had an issue, plus having it to spot obstacles when coming over a crest is reeeeeal nice.

The camera that comes with it is not good?

I use mine every day. Found a 6 pin extension cable, allows quick disconnect for grille removal and all the unsealed connections are inside the cab. Double click for front camera is great when parking nose in and the auto on for reverse to front is awesome for really tight spots. One less button means more space for passenger eject. Definitely one of my favorite mods.

Haha I need a button in my truck for that. Make it trigger a little speaker with "ejection sequence in 3, 2, 1"

It's fine, just not wide enough for my taste, I get a whole lot of ground and not a lot of what's directly in front. Does the trick for offroad but I'd like it still a little wider angle. Easy to fix tho cause the plug is a common one for cameras. I heard about someone using an OEM camera in a 3d printed housing. I've thought about that since I have a printer but just never had the urge to look into it more.
