It was good, easy to get to. There were a few other campers staying there. Idaho was beautiful too, Just got back to Missoula. Haven’t had cell service for the past week, longest time I’ve gone without a digital connection in at least a decade. Got a motel for tonight, first one of the trip, and the shower was worth it! Heading to Kalispell tomorrow to visit Dads side of the family.

Pretty much, she still has some lingering effects, that can last 6 months or so.. I'm good, just as ornery as ever... Thanks for asking.. So are you camping still or all closed up for the winter, I saw some snow posts..

Good Morning :hattip:at the shop. dreaded state inspection for the Taco. its a pain in the butt for customers and the shops. all shops do them 1st come 1st served.only allowed to do so many an hour based on techs that are certified by state law.

    Good Morning Folks

48° this morning. Looks to be a beautiful fall day.
Going to wife free this weekend. She's going to her annual fall Mary Kay kackle fest.

When they inspect, what do they all look for?
Hope they at least have free coffee and donuts:thumbsup:

yes free coffee.pretty much normal stuff. tires, brakes, lights, engine stuff like exhaust and a whole list. some go more into detail than others. fortunate ive got a good trusted shop that i trust and does excellent work.never go to dealers as some will try to hook you with crap thats none issue and if you dont buy it they will put rejection sticker on it and Has to be repaired. best way is go middle of the month, middle of the week and right when they open. done heard them on phone tell someone not to come as they are booked with inspection for the morning. took a pic of the list but it wont load in here.

:hattip:Good morning everybody. I made it home late yesterday afternoon. It was a great adventure. The truck did great, setup was pretty good, does need a couple of tweaks. Overall the route didn’t go as planned but that’s what makes it an adventure.

Got to get the truck unpacked today and cleaned up. I’ll get a trip report and more pics in my build thread soon if you’re interested.

Camp for the last night was at Vogel St. Park in GA. It was a really nice campground.

Friday is our normal garbage pickup day.
The last few months the pickup service has sucked. Sometimes pickup wouldn't happen until the following Monday. Some folks trash wouldn't get pickup at all.
So our township waited until the contract with WM was over and they hired a different company. Now our garbage is picked up before 7:30 Fri

Same here. LOL. They are supposed to pick up on Friday, but came on Tuesday and did not show up today. This has been happening for months. The garbage provider told me they just can't hire enough people to work. So today I called another provider who comes down our road. They are more reliable and cheaper, but you have to provide your own can. No problem. I went to Home Depot and got one. Out here, we pick our own provider and pay directly (there is no municipal or city pick up). We only have 3 who come to my township and I am now on the 3rd one after being dissatisfied with the other 2 due to service or cost. Here's to this one working out.

We can still use our cans from WM until the new company delivers new cans. WM does not want their cans back.

I had them for years until about 4 years ago. When I switched, my bill was literally cut in half. They took my can once I stopped paying. Maybe with the labor shortage it just isn't worth retrieving.
