    Lol, you like this look of this one compared to what? It's the same as all the other prinsu copycat racks out there. They are all the same look. The frontrunner is the only one I've seen so far that's actually different.

    Yes, I like the look of rci's wind fairing a little better. It's more flat across the whole roofline vs having corner cutouts.

    Has anyone had theirs shipped yet? Looks like they have updated to 1-3 weeks, I am at 8 weeks and still nothing. Contact us option on the website failed every time I tried to submit an inquiry.

    I went ahead and placed an order using the Black Friday discount. I was going to pick up a Martin but a few things pulled me to the RCI. The 1/4” sides were one. I also prefer the finished rear piece and really like the way the front fairing stays with the contour of the roof.

    not to reign on anyone here but Sherpa equipment company (to my knowledge ) was the first one to come out with rubber blocks making their roof rack bolt on, watertight.

    My understanding is that you remove the weather stripping, install the rack using the rubber blocks, and then cut the weather stripping and reinstall between the blocks. From what I’ve read, some people have been running the prinsu/uptop/martin without any weather stripping at all and haven’t had any issues since it’s more of a trim piece (aside from the roof rack threads which they siliconed to seal)
