Can anyone tell me where this leak is coming from?

Picked up my 21’ Off Road in late July and it now has 1400 miles on it. Noticed some staining in the driveway where I park and I can’t figure out where this leak is coming from or what it is. It doesn’t evaporate, just stains. It’s under the driver engine side. Seems to be coming more so from something above the skid plate rather than a strut but due to me not parking exactly in the same spot each time it’s really unsure to tell. I’ve crawled under and don’t see any visible leaks, drips, or wet spots. Same with opening up the hood. Any help is appreciated. I put cardboard with paper towel taped to it where the staining is occurring so maybe in the morning I’ll see something.

Definitely on the right track with the cardboard, but that's all I got...

Any idea what it is? Oil will stay there as would antifreeze or brake fluid. That leaves gasoline or AC water drain. Any smell from it?

Have you checked the brake fluid?

Honestly man as of right now, no clue. A Redditor on the Tacoma subreddit gave me the idea to throw down cardboard with paper towel on it to hopefully catch some of the leak to determine the color of it and to kinda see where exactly it drips from. I rubbed the spot earlier today and I want to say it smelled slightly of oil but I’m really unsure because it wasn’t a strong smell and also wasn’t super damp so I don’t want to go off just a guess. I know for a fact it isn’t an AC drain because I installed the drain mod and it’s on the other side of the truck.

I have not. To be honest with you, I’m not a car/engine savvy guy so I’m clueless with this. I can look into this tomorrow though. Definitely willing to look into anything at this point so I can get to the root of the problem and let the dealer fix it since it’ll be under warranty.

Take it to the dealer and have them inspect it. Why play guessing games and risk it.

but if that is where you usually park, that area leaking. Above it is the front differential( possible gear oil) and forward of the truck a bit is the oil filter ( possible oring on the oil filter housing is bad causing a leak)

Agreed, and it would be better to be able to narrow it down before taking it in

My 2021 also has the same issue. Mine is water, I know because I tasted it. I also notice it after I run my defrost. It drips down the drivers side mud flap. I re-routed the AC drain plug away from frame on passenger side as well. I will attach another post where the OP re-routed the drip on drivers side that we both are experiencing.

Steering rack is leaking. Check your boots. Mine just started at 40,000 miles.

Cardboard down is good, possibly from the steering rack boots as mentioned above.
