I put them in my last truck and noticed absolutely no difference. I really can't understand all the praise they get.
But for some reason I'm still debating on installing them in my current truck...don't know what's wrong with me.

Looking at the oem and subaru side by side the subaru looks like it should be better. I'm wondering how much it's hampered by the underpowered head unit.

Keep reading about high thefts everywhere including the sheer testicle sizes of people who jacked 5 Hellcats from a frigging airport.

So I think I’m going to put in a battery kill switch with removable key to add another layer off difficulty.

An inexpensive piece for a lot of piece of mind.

Used to take out my ECU fuse Wayback when from underneath the hood if my vehicle was sitting for any lengthy amount of time. Can’t start the car without a computer these days.

Prinsu rack went on today, plus I have had the full Cali-Raised MOLLE setup in my bed for a while now- and as most of you know, Toyota deleted the driver side bed storage cubby in 2019. The Cali-Raised side MOLLE panels utilize the passenger 120v cubby and driver side cubby torx bolts as hard points for mounting the lower part of the side panels. All good on the passenger side, but left with no storage cubby on my 2019, the MOLLE panel mounting holes just sit there unused, staring at me and upsetting my fondness for symmetry. I ordered a couple of the black M6 torx bolts used on the 120v & storage cubby surrounds, drilled into the composite bed and installed a couple M6 rivnuts so my driver lower MOLLE mounting points could be secured just as they are on the passenger side. Hadn’t yet seen anybody do this. It’s a small detail to obsess over, but it’s also super satisfying now that I have symmetry in my mounts.

That’s a good idea. I was wanting to do something a little bit more practical for anti-theft reasons. I’m going to mount the kill switch either somewhere in the truck (maybe center console storage?) or under the hood. In any case, they are really going to have to work for it. Plus my dash am should be recording them the entire time anyway.

rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.

If the battery is disconnected, what powers the dash cam?

The Dashcam is sent to the power tray which straight lines into the battery for now.
I’m also going to be getting a solar/lithium battery setup up which will eventually power the Dashcam and other accessories.

in all actuality though, the battery disconnect will only be used 1% of the time. Like when I have to park somewhere I don’t trust 100%

I did it and noticed the difference. It was slight but I max the treble out. I also did Alpines in my 4runner and again slight difference but more modifications to get there. I'm going to try a diff tweeter in my wife's Highlander. Modding a set is pretty easy and cheaper but not reversible like the Subaru ones.

Try gas prices up in Alberta, one of the top natural resources of oil in the world...1 litre of E0 goes for nearly $1.71...per litre!, talk about getting it...and doesn't look like we will see any changes any time soon :(

that’s what I’m afraid of. And will cost almost $200 here in Canada to do. Can’t bring myself to do it yet for that price.
