I went to do that on my FJ and had the same issue. Said fuck it and sold them at like 80% of what I paid for them.

If you haven't already, soak them in some PB Blaster, repeatedly until you get back in there. I kept hitting mine every couple of months over the years and they broke right free a when I did that job a few weeks back.

I just got a set from him. Looks like quality work. Installing in a few weeks with an electrical overhaul.

I never been under the hood of a 100 series, but if you can get rough measurements (maybe tape some sprinkler line or something to the in-place factory runs, trim, remove, measure?) I'll let you know and quote you for materials changes, up or down based on wire length. PM me and we can talk the details if you're interested.

It's a wiring upgrade... I'm doing it because my truck is getting old and want to rehab the engine bay a bit. Figure upgrade anywhere possible.

Nice, was going to make my own with welder cable I have... But I was saying that for years. I believe he uses 1/0 awg and he did some homework on making the kit( way more than I would)

I did it mainly because I have a X2 Power AGM battery with the .5 volt accessory fuse from Australia so my battery is always charging in between at 14.2 and 14.5 volts. The wiring upgrade made it seamless .

Just a public Thanks to Tacobell007 for taking care of the needle bearing in my Tacoma yesterday. The bearing was noticeable after the small leveling kit was installed a few weeks ago. For Drew's sake, I wish I had held off on getting the underside coated a few weeks earlier. Nice day for a ride, to meet good people and have the truck fixed - Greatly appreciate the help! - Bill in Plymouth.
