    Looking for help.

I have a 2017 SR5 and the driver window goes down automatically, but not up.
Is it supposed to go up automatically?

would something like this allow me to go auto in both directions?

would it allow me to control other windows?
can I install a second one on the passenger side for the passenger to control their window auto up/down

Does anyone know of any other options?

You might look into OEM parts. I have the Premium Tech package on my 2016 and have auto up and down on both driver and passenger sides. My Wife’s Corolla is like your SR5, auto down only on the driver side.

    Wouldn't you like to know!
I used to use these on aftermarket alarms/keyless systems to roll windows up and down with the key fob. Not sure if it would work on a stock system or not.

Wish I could suppress the auto stuff. I like to crack the windows as temps out here are hot hot hot and I struggle with quick-touches ...

I don't think you can install automatic window actuators into other non-automatic windows without extensive modification. I read somewhere that its not exactly plug and play.

the drivers and [front[ passenger windows in my 2017 Off Road both have auto down and auto up capability. I haven't been in an SR/SR5, so I can't say if they should/do also have this, or only auto down.

Is there anything out there to get the rear door windows to be automatic?

Are you showing this to show that it works?

I've wondered this myself. Given that getting intermediate windshield wipers on an SR is as easy as replacing the stalk, has anyone tried using 4Runner switches? Our 2019 4Runner has auto up and down on all 5 windows.

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
I recently bought a slightly higher level OBD scan tool (Carista) and like what the dealer has, it allows you to go into customization of features on the truck. Not sure about a '17 SR but my '21 TRD OR allowed me to select auto up & down on both driver and passenger side windows. No options for the rear cab, though. You might find someone with a scan tool and see if the option is there on your '17. There are lots of features you can customize that otherwise would go unnoticed until you can peak into that level of programming.

    Just reading material.
The system on the SR has a 20 amp per window motor (30A for the Driver's)

The DEI 535T only one 20 amp fuse.
