    Happy Monday everyone,

So, yesterday after starting her (2019, 37k miles) up I got 2 warnings on the dash.

    High trans temp
    Low oil pressure

I’m just like ohhkay lets hope this is a computer glitch…restarted the truck and everything seemed fine. I then had to drive 400 miles home and had no issue. Taking it to the dealership on Thursday for the 36k maintenance.

I was just wondering what TW members think might have happened. Again, this happened on a cold start.

Tune shouldn't matter for unusual readings off sensors on start up. Could be a low voltage from a weak battery if this was the first cold morning for you this season. Hard to say definitively. But a tune changes the fuel and spark mapping, it wouldn't effect how the trans temp sensor gets read.

I would suggest getting a OBD Bluetooth reader and car scanner app. Will show you any codes, and it’s just awesome app to have. GL

I second this. I have a scangauge II and its great because I use it as a gauge for temp/engine load/Intake Air Temp typically but if I ever want to read a code it can display them to me right there. It has come in handy a few times diagnosing mystery engine lights on friend's cars. I highly recommend it! :D

It really is great for such a low price. My app shows so many data points, I dont even know what most of it means, haha.
