Finally got the POR-15 on the frame. Not all of it yet, just the section from cab mounts to front leaf mounts. It's not a perfect job but I'll worry about touchups next time we get a day in the right temp range - hopefully later this week. I'll be doing everything south of the shock mounts when I cut the bedsides for a HC bumper.

I really like the WarFab Patton. I'm waiting on a big check to clear and I'll be putting the order in for one w/ dimpled fillers to match the dimples on the ARB front.

Nice choice! I went with their phantom w tree savers and dimples as well... If it ever arrives. Nothing on them. Mike and Ash are great but shipping has been a nightmare.

Longshot but I gotta ask, what's to become of the factory rear?

Nothing. You want it? It has some character (couple custom contours if you take my meaning) but the chrome is in great shape.

Perhaps if you can take a pic at your leisure. I have a black bumper that's a bit tweaked presently

How unlucky you gotta be to get pulled over by a state trooper on a side street?

Anybody here have a lift outdoors? Thinking about getting a 4 post and just putting it on a concrete pad

I bet those dents would mostly bonk out from the backside once it was off.

The bumper crossmember and tow package dangly thing (whatever the heck they're actually called) will be surplus as well, and they're all straight and in decent shape. A little wire wheel and paint and they'll be real purty.

Well, pulled the trigger on a set of Katzkins for the truck. Black surrounds with gray faces so it'll match the rest of the gray interior pretty well. They'll be delivered next week, then I just need a weekend to install them. Never undertaken a project like this, should be interesting...
