Change UCAs to install Fox TRD shocks?

    Hello, I have 2019 tacoma sport, I want to upgrade my front shocks to fox trd pro, do I need to change the stock upper arm??

    I have the Fox 2.0 Performance shocks which are a little bit different than the Fox TRD Pro shocks and I think they're great

    I have them on my 2018 offroad long bed. They make the truck much more stable on the highway, it soaks up bumps without issue. Probably one of the best upgrades I have done.

    I recently put in the trd pro lift kit with the suspension (replacement front springs) that lifted me a extra 1.5 inches. Truck feels great!

    So the shocks wont lift the truck??? I have the bilstein 5100's that gives you 2 inches

    Are you on stock springs with the clip set at 2 or 3 or are do you have aftermarket springs... ome, eibach, toytech?

    I understand your point, the difference is progressive (fox), vs digressive (bilstien).
    Bilstein will keep your lift, the fox trd pro will not, unless you add spacers. They are a fixed shock, not adjustable.

    On my other truck bought kings with no knowledge and end up buying upper arms and spindle, 5000 dlls total in the front only LOL

    Nobody said it was cheap.... you should just ride out the billies and save up for a decent fox suspension that can be adjusted.
    Here I will tag the guru's of suspension here and hope they chime in.
