It’s an aluminum dust pan lol I just threw stickers on it. Inside I have the breaker and relays are mounted to the truck with caliraised bracket

 

Anybody know where I can get a replacement cover for this? Mine somehow disappeared.

I was finally able to wrap up my fuse panel and the interior wiring to my overhead meso 10 button panel. Now whenever I add something, I can just use 1/4" quick connects to the button harness and a quick connect to the relay power output. Thanks for the ideas and help, hopefully someone else can get a little inspiration out of this. I used two 7 micro relay panels from hella and a 12 circuit blue sea fuse block. For the wires into the cab I used a 12 pin deutch connector for an easy to remove more factory style.

 

Does anyone know if I can install both the redline hood struts and the overland equipped aux power kit?

Thanks. I haven't seen anyone else use the hella microrelay holder, so I thought I'd bring it up. I guess the relays aren't as common as the standard larger size, but they're readily available online, so I just keep a few spares.

 

Those of you with the Bluesea 5032 fuse block, how are you powering the switched side of the box? I know it will need to go through a relay, but a) where do you find a relay capable of enough amperage to feed that side, and b) what trigger wire are you pulling from in order to trip the relay when the truck is on/running?

 

The max for the entire fuse block (both sides) is 100A. How much current will be on each half? Each circuit is limited to 30A so obviously you can’t run 6 x 30A circuits on the always hot half. Common Bosche style relays are 40A switched but higher amperage relays aren’t difficult to source. Here’s a 75A relay with screw terminals.

Either would do fine since it’s unlikely you’d run all of the 100A max through just the switched half. If that’s the case then you need 2 separate fuse blocks instead of the split block.

 

I have them, but I wouldn't recommend the overland equipped bracket because of the issues. If you have the pro or off road, shield your brake booster wire with a rubber hose if you do use that kit

 

What mounting bracket did you use? Clean looking and very minimal in the engine bay.

 

Do you have an example of that; I'm looking to do both the bracket and now (maybe?) the struts. Thanks!

 

I went the lazy way, and didn't use a bracket. Works for me.

Where did you get that mount?! I cannot for the life of me find an RFMR one that fits my truck and have nearly resigned myself to awkwardly drilling holes in a blank mount.
