Sounds like a disc brake issue - changed the pads recently?

This noise is happening in drive though too. Could that still be the brakes ?

If the pads aren't aligned properly or there's debris caked on them, it's a possibility - hard to say withoit knowing what modifications are on the truck or what was performed recently.

The only thing that recently happened was the right, front brake caliper fell off the rotor and I had to get it towed.

I'd guess the replacement may be the issue - disc brakes potentially make that noise if the calipers/pads are either new or misaligned, or if there's debris caked on.

Could be wrong, but there aren't many other components in the front of the vehicle that would produce that type of sound.
