That’s what chamber flags and knowing what you’re doing are for.

Alright ladies and gents I need some assistance.

I’ve had a numbers matching 1942 M1 Carbine for years but recently had a numbers matching 1944 M1 Garand fall into my lap but the stock is in rough shape. I plan on keeping the (to my knowledge) original stock but would like to put a new stock on it. Any ideas on a reputable dealer? Bonus points for new old stock (pun intended)

Flip that bad boy over and you’ve got a winner. Ain’t a fan of a barrel near my face even if it’s not pointing at me

It’s my first cart so I didn’t really think about it. I am all about gun safety but this was a look what I made post. I get the logic. But these guns are checked and chamber flagged during the matches. It’s just like carrying a rifle on your shoulder that’s near your head. I’ll have to talk to the dudes at the three gun and see how and why they carry theirs which way. I can see a possibility of rolling them on gravel that might pop a rock in the barrel or some crazy shit. But thanks!

Im not sure on NOS...bet they would be quite pricey.

But you can buy new from the CMP. Or if you want just a better shape original Dupage Trading Co offers a bunch of options

Picked up this lightly used Gen 4 G19 from a LGS Sat for $460. Been wanting a G19 for a few years and finally got one for what I felt was a decent price in these times.

I hate factory Glock sights but still managed a decent group at 50', need to find an RMR and appropriate slide now.

    Same crap everyone else got
It's going to be cheaper to mill your current slide for a red dot then buying a new one.

3 used and 1 new, the 10MM is the only new one.
All are “investment” guns but the 938 will be in the carry rotation once I get some rounds through it.
