 I’ve actually never heard that before. I’m trying to push down and pull up. Never heard the out thing.

honestly tho I’ve been pulling 550 consistently at around 16-18”. If I can break that bitch off the floor from 13” then it’s going all the way up.

T shots will be in the ass. Bigger muscle, IMO less pain. But shots don't bother me as long as the needle isn't going into my eye ball or something.

I think the pain in the arm comes from the actual meds sitting the muscle fascia basically causing a "bruise". If you stay active and moving after getting a shot usually the coagulated meds will disperse more and you get less pain. So next shot plan to hit the gym after.

I did :anonymous: I was hoping the shot would’ve gave me super strength. It, unfortunately, did not

Paint some covid spikes on the plates, then your vaccine will attach to it and the bar will just FLY up!

    LOL yeah prolly not.

I'm scared to get the shot just because I prefer for it not to make me sick again, even if it's just for the day after.

If you are down for it report back how shot #2 is. Always curious how others do.

Still debating getting vaxed. If I get this shit again I better die, I’m tired of it.
