There’s no film on mine. Nothing that peels off at all. It’s just all scratched up

Huge difference. I drive over Hwy17, and its a hill with a ton of banks and off camber turn. On my old brakes, if I was at 80% on initial brake pressure, I am now at 30% (butt estimate) with initial brake pressure. I;m manipulating the truck now, where as with my stock brakes, I was just trying to slow the truck down safely.

I want someone to do this for me. I really don’t want to cut into my mirror caps, and my dremel just decided to give up. But it looks so nice. Good job!

I used to live in Campbell and went over 17 to Santa Cruz all the time. Now I live in Portland and do a similar drive over to Manzanita/Cannon Beach fairly often. I have the front and rear Stoptech kits that I’m getting installed this week and getting back on Friday. Reading your comments on the fronts has me super excited now.

Oh that 17. I was thinking upstate ny, lol. The one by Santa Cruz is nuts, definitely want some stoptechs on that road.

I purchased the DSIM module in order to tap into the dome light power in the A pillar. Then added a fader inline for the cool factor. It seems without the fader module the lights will power instant on and instant off. With the fader I get a fad in effect but not fade out.

You know, I'll be honest. Power delivery seems a bit smoother and the MBRP exhaust has a bit more low end growl to it. I wouldn't say it's a huge power gain or anything like that, but it feels noticeable. I went back and forth on it for a while and ended up catching one locally on FB Marketplace. Guys wife had bought him the intake for a 3.5 and he was driving a 2.7. He didn't know what it cost and threw it up for sale for $150. I figured why not at that price. Everything was still in plastic.

    You scored big time!!!
Have you had the ECU flash done yet? That was the biggest performance improvement for me.
