    Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    I can`t stress this enough looking back I wish I had borrowed the money built the shop just how I wanted it .

    instead of a couple thousand dollars here and there over 30 plus years now that it is close enough walking is challenge after years of abuse to my hips and knees.

    We moved back to Pennsylvania in 2005 (specifically Central Bucks; We were in Montgomery County the first time, from 1990 to 1996); This place was thriving as the Duck Deli back then, and for some reason the owners renamed it Forlano's (their last name) close to a decade ago. I think it was supposed to be an upscale Italian place, but it closed within a year of reopening under the new name and has been vacant ever since; I never went to it when it was Duck Deli or Forlano's, and I have no idea why it closed...
