What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

TSB for 2020 models now? Last time mine was in, they said it wasn't included. I'll give them a call!

 

Yep! The service advisor was impressed that I even knew about it. It took about an hour including my 15k maintenance.

 

I had a shop install mine and I'll warn you now to be careful if you're going to drill out your bed drain holes as the instructions direct you to, to be able to pass the drain tubes from the rails into. On the driver side the drain hole is only an inch or so above the fuel filler neck. I found this out because the shop that installed mine drilled too deep and punctured the filler hose which I didn't find out until I filled up on gas. They made that right and all but I always warn people who are going to install it themselves about this possibility. Also, if you were to use rtv sealant between the bed caps and the bakflip side rails that might help because I believe that's where most of the water gets in, as wall as the corners near the cab obviously.

I installed a DIY power tailgate lock and did the A/C drain hose mod

I had the same size before.. regretted it too lol. I got a cmc just to be on the safe side since I like to hit trails. No rubbing at all

 

Finally put my lift and wheels and tires on.

 

Trying to come up with a solution for water storage so I strapped an 18 gallon rv water tank on top of my diamondback cover.

 

Can I ask where you scored the toyota decals?
