Yeah the style is widely used; one guy even argued that mine weren't factory because he claims OEM were never chrome dipped/plated.

well shit I fought the drain bolt for 2-3 days and it finally broke after a day soaking in pb blaster. long as the bolts dont fuse on like the dif ill be happy
