Personally I just pay krown to do it.
I've considered doing it myself but it's also super messy, and I don't just mean getting it on yourself as you spray (assuming you want as good if coverage as they get) and it's not the healthiest thing to deal with unless you're wearing a in respirator. Seriously that shit is worse than using oil based paints in your basement with no mask.

If you're cool with getting it all over your garage or drive way it's a bit cheaper to do yourself not including cost of compressor.

Depending on the undercoat you're using its too thick for a garden sprayer. Actually don't know of any that aren't too thick but there could be some out there.

You also won't get the warranty you get with krown assuming you do it annually.

Really comes down to how cheap you want to be and how thorough you want it.

After having it done annually on previous cars and seeing how good they looked after being 10+years old. I'm sold on having it done.

I have considered getting the stuff as well just because there's a few areas I want to focus even more on.
For roughly $80 you can get all the wands etc for spraying. Excluding compressor.
It's also pretty quick from krown given I'm usually in and out in 45min or less.

Beware the CRC's nozzle is like spray paint and can't accept a straw (necessary for spraying inside the boxed section of the frame). Save a nozzle from a can of Fluid Film or brake cleaner to swap it on as necessary. I also use a Bondo trigger adapter to reduce hand fatigue.

My buddy haha. It was 500 bucks, it's got a 5 cyl, underglow, some of the gears in the transmission, a straight pipe, and 2wd. He goes places with it I wouldn't ever go with my truck simply by flooring it and hoping he bounces off something and over.

All depends how thick you go. With a gallon and a half I did two trucks, and a car.

If you go aeroasols it’s not too bad and you’ll be saving money still with two cars. Just depends how much you value your time and your ability to crawl under the truck and what not.

Also you are ideally suppose to do behind the taillights and what not and in every nook and crevice which is much easier to do on a hoist.

Probably not as nothing on the truck looks broken.

He actually just snapped the frame on it. Pic doesn't show it well but the frame has a crack in it between the bed and the cab and it sags now, it's quite funny.

Sounds like his truck is doing a Tacoma impression.

Oh he must have Ruskies in his family tree then.

Maybe his grandpa was the one taking the picture of that T-34 tank that Norilsk's grandpa was driving in the pic posted above!

I posted this before. Cosmoline sells bulk cans pre-thinned and ready to spray: https://www.cosmolinedirect.com/bulk-rp-342-heavy-rust-preventive-spray/

Garden sprayer works with thinned Cosmoline but you need one with Viton seals like this: https://www.rona.ca/en/smith-contractor-sprayer-1-gallon-190504c-49455017

What's this, Trail Edition costs $2000 more than TRD OR despite having way less content:
