    Wow, I would have been 10 years old and not a fan quite yet. I've watched documentary about the history, the plane crash and with surviving members. Some on the plane lived, hard to imagine their grief, and crash and all.

    Back in the day, gas stations and supermarkets would give you S&H or Gold Bond stamps as incentive to buy there. You saved them up and pasted them in books to trade for stuff at a redemption center. My folks got a lot of our Christmas presents that way.
