Thanks , Mike. I don’t use my pain med much and that’s part of the reason. It’s only been 30 days and working on ROM only. I’m a restless sleeper and that doesn’t help. Wife is gone and the noise as well. Back to bed

I've got a Doctor's appointment today with the VA brace clinic . Getting a new knee brace for my l/knee and hoping this helps the hypertextension of that knee

Gloomy weather today.
Got my flu shot yesterday.

I cleaned the north side of the house on Monday and did the north side of garage on Tuesday. I use a algae cleaner that I spray on the vinyl siding. Then I have a brush attached to aluminum pole and a 5 gallon bucket with the same solution in it. I used to use a power washer. I find the brush method is faster. I stay alot dryer also.

Want to feel pain in the shoulder try shooting a .338 lapua or 416 barrett .... Ouch !!!

It's my l/ knee that's only had one surgery 40 years ago and has been taking alot of abuse from supporting my other knee these last 15 plus years
