Looking to buy?

Looking @ this 2011 access cab 4x4 TRD off road with 9000k they want $28,400k. I've been looking to find a new invoice listing for this truck new. I'd like to here what you guys think this truck is worth.
It seems like a lot money for a truck with almost 10k miles, would I be better off to buy new?

Looks nice, I'd go for it, but i dont know if the price is good or bad

 

That's a really high price. I'd say closer to $24K is where it should be.
