    It’s actually fine . Less work for me if I do not have to take docks in and out . My boat is old . SILs boat is only a few years old . Lake is small and overcrowded now . Camping good :D

    I’m sure it is a lot of work and you’ll enjoy the camping!! :)
    I really enjoy boating and lake/river life. I took all of our recreational boating things out of the boat and Phil loaded it up with his fishing things. I had to climb into the boat to grab a specific pair of sunglasses I wanted the other day…made me sad:( Can’t wait until next year!!

    It would be different if I lived right on the lake like a couple of my friends do . I’m only 2 miles away, still a hassle loading everything in the truck then unloading into the boat and vice versa at the end of the day . …. The boat is a 1987-88 and I’ve replaced the furniture twice and carpet once , it needs a new throttle handle . Tilt and trim doesn’t work anymore . To me it looks like crap from the outside but everyone says it looks fine . Plus all I do is drink when we go out there :oops: if we stay out 4 hours that’s a long time . Plus we have a pool !

    Ohh pools are fun too!!! I’ve always wanted one. Hubbs always told me no:mad:. We moved a lot so maybe he had a point. We’ve been in this house longer than we’ve been in all of the others combined.     We have been in our house since 1994. My wife had a pool growing up so this was her doing . ( which is fine ) I think the pool gets more use than the boat . Now she wants a hot tub :facepalm:
