would it be possible to share your window sticker for your Tacoma. looking for the same build for possible.

 

anyone in particular sales rep that you have talked to?

 

When I go to pick it up this weekend I will try to remember to grab a photo and see what I can do.

 

I finally saw my first lunar pro in person yesterday. Very nice. Cameras are tricked by that color. Or my eyes are.

 

My apologies....I thought you got your truck already. I was trying to get information with the Esales Rep but could not get any email so I can start my process of maybe ordering through her. Mrs Gunns' new RAV4 is in Lunar Rock. She see's this thread and I would hate to be any of y'all. She can be mean...

 

I really think LR is much more of a mil-spec kind of color than Army Green. It has a real sage-thing going on.

 

This is great to hear. This dealership is local and I've been struggling to find a competent place. I hit them up today and they seem willing to help.

Arrived at the dealer this morning

 

Just what I needed to see! I have a deposit on a long bed Barcelona Red but the dealer just called to let me know they also have a Lunar Rock coming in at the same time with the same specs as the red. They are giving me the option to pick but I need to let them know by tonight! Hard choice!

I wish Toyota would offer the long bed in Canada, still nice to see lunar rock off road pictures while waiting for mine to arrive

 

Where is your LR on order? I saw one at Gateway in Edmonton last week, it was listed then sold in a day.

Nice, we dont have LB OR in Canada, but good to see some alrealy in the market, all sales here were saying LR will be hard to get.

 

Just when I have myself convinced I dont want or need a new truck,I see a new pic of a LR OR,and it starts all over again..lol

 

A local dealership to me, not where i got my tacoma though has a 2022 tacoma lunar rock trd sport. Msrp i believe is ~38k… they also added a lift and trd wheels and tires with a running total of addons of 10k making it 48k pre taxes market adjustments and fees. Someone will buy it but that seems like a huge ripoff.

I was talking to these guys early on in my Tacoma search.

This is their favorite tactic--start with a nice factory build, then pump it up with dealer add-ons. I walked away from a possible deal with them when I was willing to tolerate a straight market adjustment, then discovered they had some $1.2k VIN etc BS.

The annoying thing is dealers like this will list the vehicle with factory/port features, then when you get to talking for real, the add-ons appear. Even for a truck that isn't even on their lot yet.
