I try to do mine every 25k or thereabouts, once a year. I know some people do 40/50k intervals on it in the 3.4l supercharger thread.

Good, but I mostly drive like a grandpa so I'm probably not as hard on it as most. I do need to start thinking about sending it out for a full rebuild soon, it's coming up on 100k miles.

Since the PO had it installed, I don't have any of the stock intake components to put back on when I do that. I picked up a used intake manifold, just need to source some hoses and whatever else I might need.

I don’t think mine has ever been rebuilt and it’s had a storied history. I had to send it to the machine shop twice to fix broken and stripped studs and such. I’m like the… I dunno. 3rd or 4th owner? The 3RZ ones are ridiculously uncommon

Dude, modify it. Don't buy a brand new bumper. Come on now.

Be easy to make it look like the old Demello rear bumper which was the best Tube wraps bumper I think ever made for these.

Just cut it off and put a straight tub on the top.

    Done.

Yeah I also do 25k oil changes on the SC, it's cheap and easy insurance just like engine oil changes.

Not the best photos, but it’s under the intake plenum on the driver’s side closer to the firewall. Best to follow the service manual to test or just replace if it’s questionable.

Badass. I wish I built my own in hindsight but looking forward to the process

Heck yeah. Did you use the angle grinder to cut everything? The brackets that hold the bedside corners were a pain to get to with the angle grinder but made it work.

Coastal is what I'm working on. Since you already have a bumper, might be able to chop the top tube and reset the angle. Other than that, the bumper looks good!

Awesome. Why did you choose the 4x swingout vs Coastal?

The 4x, in my opinion is way stronger than the coastal. The coastal uses 2 heim joints and I think is bolted via 2 nuts, one on inside, one on outside. And for extra $500 that swing out is not worth it.
    P1090641-6.jpg

Now the 4x, that thing is beefy, it used 2 bearings like you would find in a trailer axle and 2 seal to keep the dust out, I feel like of I had to I could lift the rear of my truck up from my tire swing out, with it open..lol

Coilovers, sway bars, wheels, tires, extended studs, intake, head and taillights, seats, short shifter,
Got this steering wheel fully leather wrapped and mocked it up with the airbag to see how it will look
    [IMG]20211023_120301 by Jose, on Flickr

Can't wait to complete the electronics and get this thing in the truck! Some time in the sun will get that leather to sit nice and flat too.

What's the verdict on radiator replacement? I'm going to replace mine soon and am thinking oem, mishimoto, denso. I've heard to many issues with champion of you might be wondering why is not on the list. Any performance benefits to think about not getting oem?

Cold case radiators just released some USA made aluminum radiators. No clue if anyone’s ran them yet.
