We both know I wheel and wheel hard. A problem has to exist for it to need a solution/fix. If there is ever an actual problem then this may be an option; but $2000 and a ton of labor, I would be considering other options as well.

Most of us aren't having issues and our up travel limitations aren't from the inner fenders.

This may be a good option for 37s, 39s, etc but not sure.

For the price it's cheaper to cut and tub, then keep patching when it cracks. It's has an appeal for those that would like bolt on option, but couple beers over weekend with squared tube and it can be done for less. :sawzall::welder:

Sorry but the part where you say "...severely limit up travel..." Is inaccurate. You are limiting travel less than an inch to fit a 35, thats not severely.

Its a cool kit, and some people will see the value in it, and others wont. I think this kit really helps when you have LT or the pivot kit, as both push the wheels forward for more firewall clearance and rubbing under the battery tray becomes a bigger issue.

Idk, I like the idea that if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing right. The thought of taking a sledge hammer to my fender wells is the main reason I ended up going to skinny 33’s instead of something larger.

Well it's out there for those that are interested. The rest of you we'll have to agree to disagree on almost every point you've all made.

I think we can all agree that its a good product and glad something like this is at least available as an option.

After running 35s for a while now was wondering if anyone else noticed lots of feedback into the steering wheel. I get that it’s more weight being transmitted into our systems but would love to get the truck 100%. Not sure if our high caster angles or a weak component in our ifs. Maybe heavier duty ball joints or steering rack bushings. Figured I’d ask, see if anyone else noticed this. Info, Spc uca, maxed stock tabs setting E. Thanks

No other than tire balance stuff. What feedback are you getting

I hear great things about this pump upgrade. Sounds like you’re the perfect candidate.

It just a vague jiggle in the steering wheel. It’s definitely not alignment or balance issue. Going to look for more info on dayman karates recommendation and see if anyone is running this on a 3rd gen

    Hmm interesting.

As far as the pump, I’d be surprised if 3rd gens are running it because you can’t use the same mounting location.

No, the slide rack does not work with the 3rd gen.

Can someone explain how faster line pressure increase results in less steering wheel feedback when hitting bumps?

So what usually breaks when jumping up to 35's?
