I haven't heard from him at all.
I know he mentioned that he was taking time off from TW for awhile....assuming he's doing fine and focusing on family.
He was active in a few (or more) threads so maybe just needing some balance.

I made one out of cedar about 10 years ago, hasn’t rotted yet. You may want to check prices and compare the cost.

I thought about cedar but didn't think it would withstand ground contact without rotting for very long. Maybe the climate is different where you're at or perhaps I'm just mistaken about cedars anti rot capability. Also, cedar lumber prices here are pretty crazy at the moment, all lumber actually. The galv metal boxes were on sale for $69 a piece which was less than even just treated lumber would have costed.

Doesn't seem like too much of an issue unless the soil is highly acidic. Galvanized water troughs and water pipes are still being sold today.

I just changed plugs on my daughters Jeep. I looked at a chart for spark plug condition. Left to right 6 being far left...looks like possibly weak coil(s) on 4&5 but the others look fine :notsure: on those two plugs the center electrode is not worn as much either.20211023_134600.jpg 20211023_141243.jpg

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I have not I hope all is well.

Even if he just sent a message letting us know he is OK

Who knows maybe they sold the property the family decided to run away and live off grid .

I can`t see his job being able to do without him after all these years .
