I won't be playing. There's way to much downside baked into it at this point. Also don't trust puts because the premium will be insane. I'd be curious to see what the gamma is for ITM calls though. I think some of that buying pressure was firms buying the stock to sell the calls. If the gamma's are high that is one way to tell how many of the open contracts are covered at given price points.

For now. If it actually shoots up to $5/share then we will have been the wiser ones. It won't but it's cool to think about. lol

A wash sale shouldn't break any regs, you just don't get the tax benefit.
Are you sure you didn't get a good faith violation?

    In theory
What is your BBIG expectations and exit plan?
I’m sitting on 200 shares now with a 5.15 cost basis and I’m feeling pretty good about it for the moment

If LOMO is valued at $2.5B, that's 1/2 of what BBIG's independent audit came up with in JULY, the fair price would be $26 a share. That doesn't mean it will actually reach that. But if it does shorts will start to cover and it will surpass that for a brief time.

Definite wash trade. I got stopped out for a loss on a call due to extreme volatility. When I got back into the trade (same day), I was below the original cost. I didn't get a faith violation. I got a warning that it was a wash trade.

Wash trades don't mean shit. You can get 10000 of those "warnings" a year. All it means is you can't use any losses on the washed trade to offset capital gains. Other then that there is no penalty.

In a bizarre turn of events which quite honestly I don't think anybody saw coming, GME is now somehow directly tied to Wu Tang Clan and their super rare album that Shkrelli bought.

It's so far out of left field even my conspiracy entertained brained was like, "wtf?"

But I'll be damned if some of the connections aren't compelling.
