I’ve always liked the looks of the Raptor. 2nd gen is the V8 or is it TTV6?

 

TT V6, only gen 1 had the V8’s. I believe the Raptor R coming out next year will be a supercharged V8 from the GT500 though.

 

Mod status next? Nice choice! With those words you might just keep it over a year.

 

I don’t know that anything needs modding, it’s that good. I’m getting the windows tinted for sure but after that ‍I guess I’ll just have to see how it goes over time.

Nah, just a few Starbucks. Other than reliability there’s nothing Toyota is top in anymore. They’re too conservative and take forever to update things but when they do they’re still too far behind. For gods sake the Land Cruiser 200 never even got Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

I considered both of your aforementioned vehicles actually, but neither would fit in my garage due to length. The raptor only fits by the skin of its teeth and it sorta fell in my lap. It was a deal truly too good to say no to, especially in todays insanely inflated market.
I had a deposit on a new Defender but it was pushed until 2023, and one on a new GX460 Black Line due to arrive in two weeks but this just ticked the boxes and was so cheap I could flick it for a hefty profit tomorrow so why not. Nothing to lose.
