A lot of times, I do not touch my phone or anything in the morning till I'm showered, dressed and with a coffee in hand... Habits

My stepdad did that for a while and started complaining about his heart racing. Turns out the sodium in the chili was doing one hell of a number on his blood pressure... That's what he gets for buying cases of the stuff
