What are you streaming on Amazon, Netflix, etc?

I guess because I'm a glutton for punishment, but I'm finally getting around to finishing the last two seasons of "The Walking Dead." I can't remember another show that started so strongly while also fading to pure shite by the end.

 

I haven't watched any of it for a couple years. Well I did watch a little Fear of but not the woken woke one. You are absolutely spot on. Ruined by propaganda.

 

we're watching The Morning Show on Apple, just got done with 9 Perfect strangers on Hulu. Only murders in our building on Hulu is pretty good too.

 

I really enjoyed the show up through probably Season 3 or 4 ... then it just became a slogfest of pointless characters and terrible writing/plot structure.

 

Dexter, for one. First couple seasons were some of the best ever, imo. By the last 2 seasons it was just painful to watch. I'm nervously excited for the new season they're airing next month.

Also, Game of Thrones. As good as that show was up through ~season 5/6, the last couple were awful by comparison.

I think the one thing TWD has over those two though, is that it has thoroughly jumped the shark. It jumped so far over the shark that the shark isn't even on the horizon anymore

 

Oh can't believe I forgot about GoT. Yeah that was painful watching that one nose dive the last few seasons ... but at least it was visually entertaining at the end.

 

Dune - Keynes was NOT a woman. He was Chani's father, not mother...........ugg...........I think the graphics are superb, movie watchable, some of the characters just wrong............PC not going to show how nasty Baron Harkonnen is but wait for the............ruined.

Locke and Key Season II - ruined. Was slightly intrigued by the keys and such, now it's a teen show about proper sexual orientation.

 

S3 - YOU

 

Netflix - Lost in Space (reboot). Six episodes in. Decent family fair. Considerably better than the original TV show.

 

I've watched the first 2 episodes of Lock and Key season II and it doesn't feel like the same show at all. Ugh.

 

Never watched the original but I really enjoyed Lost in Space.

 

Almost word for word what my wife said after exactly 2 episodes.........we quit on the 3rd, didn't finish...........I mean the only interesting part is inside the institutionalized woman's mind, which might say something, I'm not sure.

 

Not sure if I'll watch any more of that show. To be honest I was looking for a reason to stop watching because that youngest son's voice just grates on my nerves.

Bored with football and other garbage, I found some suitable garbage on HULU. "Sasquatch". OK love this junk........but the first show starts to drift a bit.....two dude life partners ....dude in a suit.......second episode is 100% about the poor plight of Northern Calif pot farmers and then dives into the plight of Mexican farm workers who only came here to get rich with (illegal) pot farms............45 minutes gone and no mention of Sasquatch......shut this shit OFF.

 

Started watching GUILT on PBS (wife choice, OK?) - pretty clever and funny. A couple really serious idiots hit and kill a guy while driving........then TRY to cover their tracks in about every stupid way. Hilarious dank, odd, a bit serious, etc. One lesbian scene but it was not forced on the viewer, fit OK.

 

Been rewatching The Sopranos on HBOMax, man I should've done this a long time ago. Watched it back in ~2008 but I don't think I caught every episode. Hooked

Supposedly they're going to make the most recent movie into its own series, at least that's what I heard on the radio.
