We were in Pflugerville yesterday for HS band competitions, took the toll there and back.
When we left the 130 toll north bound at 630pm near COTA was backed up for a couple miles, glad we made it through without any issues, what a mess.

I drove through there on Friday; went to Dallas to buy an exhaust for my 911, then drove home the same way. I am going to the race next year, just need to find someone who also has the interest.

 

I do, next year it is.

 

This sucks.

Man that does suck, damn theives. Unfortunately as advance as car security systems are, they still figure out a way.

 

This happened to a truck in my neighborhood as well. They think it is an inside job when visiting the dealership, they get the vin, download the “master freq” and use the dealership device to open and start the trucks. Scary times we live in. The insurance will cover the truck, but what is so bad right now is the lack of availability for vehicles. Who knows of they can replace it with a similar trimmed truck…

Drove the Wifes LX for round trip to Pflugerville yesterday, first time I really opened it up, avg. 16.5mpg averaging/drive 10 over at 2.5k rpms and really impressed how smooth it was at the higher speeds.

Still no ribs in the stores here.....

 

HEB has plenty, but they now cost about $3 to $4 more per rack. Next time I'll probably buy 6 to 8 racks and start hoarding ehh, so all those bbq joints in Lockhart don't over serve their visitors and residents.

 

All our HEB had was those terrible back ribs, and "organic Baby back" at 3X what they cost normally.

 

I know, isn't that dumb, who buys that crap.
