Anybody know of a good body shop or custom fabricator? I need my wheel wells tubbed before I try and mount my flares.

Tubbed or just trimmed? Cause :sawzall:

Although be careful because the body gets in close on the bumper end of the wheel well. I ended up doing a flat bed on my old ‘85 pickup because I screwed my cut up so bad.

Maybe that’s why you want to tub it…

Nice scooter but you seem to be missing some lights?

It needs to be tubbed. Like 3in rise at least haha. I'm thinking about doing it myself and buying some thinner mig wire. I've never done sheet metel though.

Yeah it’s easy to burn holes. Last time I tried I used a bunch of tack welds and sanded them down. Took forever and came out so so and was nowhere near as complicated as an inner fender.

    Good luck either way!

You may be ribbing me, but thanks, lol!
Actually had the lights on an earlier build :D

I loaded a few of the remaining pics to my main album, if you actually wanted to see how we rolled back then. And yeah, we wore our suits and parkas to nightclubs on 'em.
I was the informal co-chair of our scooter gang, the Soul Survivors SC, where we had rules like 1) you had to own a 'real' scooter (2-stroke/MT). 2) You had to ride it. 3) If you didn't ride to 2 meetings in a row, or 3x in a month, you had to buy the club a case of beer.
    We had fun.

Storming pretty good at my house. Wind is kickin ass. Got up this morning to take a piss, flipped the light on and thought "wow I'm surprised the power is on".... 30secs later lights off. I'm sure pg&e is having fun trying to play "catch up"

Trees flopping down every few minutes here. It's awesome being powerless and just watching shit happen. We have 3 inches of rain and 23 mph wind. Things dont stay put very well.

How’s this rain doing for everyone?

My cousin is a flood control engineer for the county and he’s been working double overtime keeping everything in check. Told me alarm bells have been going off all night all over the place.

All good in the South Bay. At least where I am. Hoping the homeless people vacated their creek side camp though.

I hope it is not inappropriate to thank him/her for their service.
Because I and a few people I know are grateful, and we are more than happy to be taxed enough to cover the payroll.

He’s a good guy, some toxic scum appeared over a retention pond because some low life dumped oil into the storm drain. He took the extra mile to call a toxic waste company over to clean it up properly before he even touched it.

I’ve been in meetings all day.

They keep upping the forecast. Getting scary and we’re on the southern less impacted region.

It’s going bonkers north of here.

I’m part of a team that manages a reservoir on the Tuolumne River and two others on a major tributary. Fun times!

But NOAA wasn't worried about flooding because the ground was so dry. lol

Nothing here yet in Bishop but it's gonna get ugly in a few hours through tomorrow. Looks like I'll have a sick day since it's gonna be raining/snowing. Luckily, that means I can get some fresh powder snow wheeling in tomorrow.
