So, recent changes... OME 3" lift all around. I kept the rake. 17" Method 702 rims. Falken Wildpeak 285 70R17 measuring true 33". Changed the fogs to Baja Designs SAE Amber. Swapped over to a TRD skid plate. 4 Wheel Parts in Raleigh did the lift and wheel work for me.

For the tires, had to trim a little on the backside but no mount chop. I used a Rugged Country speedometer calibrator to clean up after the tire change. Runs low 1 mph against Waze. Pretty happy there. The handling with the OME is much better. I've got a little power loss on accel but not a big deal. Mileage seems to be close. Overall I couldn't be more pleased.

These are not exactly the same (and, yes, they are overpriced) but I picked up four of these and they work pretty great. I have had no problems. They might not serve your purpose entirely because they don;'t have a closed loop you can clamp onto but I use them and they have not failed me yet. Just something to consider:

    https://www.sparksparts.com/oem-parts/toyota-mini-tie-downs-pair-pt27800160

If I were tying down a motorcycle or something really heavy then I would just add one of these to each of my bed bolts. I did this on my 2005 and they were easy to install and were rock solid:

    https://www.oempartsource.com/oem-parts/toyota-tacoma-truck-bed-d-rings-1-pair-pt27835054

One other option that looks pretty interesting are these:
    https://caliraisedled.com/products/toyota-tacoma-upgraded-bed-tie-down-pair

That way you are not pulling too hard on the side of the beds. Just thought I would throw that out there in case you found it helpful. Seems like no matter how many tie down points you have it is never enough ... :)

If I remember correctly back in the day when they had bias plyed tires the method of tire rotation was to move the tires from one side to the other and from front to rear, including the spare. With the inception of radial tires the method of tire rotation was changed to moving the front tires to the rear and vice versa on the respective sides of the vehicle. :crapstorm:

Rims and tires just yesterday. Got a new grille coming in today. I couldn't be happier. Really saw an improvement in ride quality.
