Caribe has posted the relay schematic before, I believe the seat heater relays (I think there are two?) are in the bank of 5 spots in the cab if I’m remembering correctly. I do wish this forum has a more powerful search engine but if you try keyword search and by user caribe your might find what I’m talking about.

Personally, while I do like the look of the oem buttons, it is nice to have at least high/low heat control. I choose the dial style which has multiple settings but that may be overkill, low, high and off seems fine. I contemplate switching to the other style of small size rocker switch just to be done with the whole thing, I don’t tend to futz with the dial enough and it looks strange.

The OEM switches have l, ll, and lll settings, so basically low, med, and high.

Oh, nice. How do they visually indicate the level? Press once for high then again for medium and again for low?

Ah, the LCD display. I’m guessing PWM output then? That gets more complicated I’m assuming.

Yep it goes by the number of presses on the switch.

That’s why I opted against the dial style and just for the low off high short Toyota style. Don’t have it wired yet, just pulled it out of the box to work on the harness so hopefully soon

Let me (us) know how it looks once powered, the photos I've seen have the blue color more like aquamarine and then mixed with amber it's a little rough on the eyes.

Granted, nothing is worse than puke green that I have right now.

I plan on routing the switch up top and it won’t be near any stock switches so I’m hoping if it’s off it will be less noticeable. Tbh I forgot what it’s supposed to look like after a yr

It's too easy to go the $120 route with Rav4 switches. OP, you said you wanted the extra space, they do make a switch that looks OEM that has both swtiches in one blank.

That's always been my goal. Almost every mod I have done to my truck is an OEM part from something in the Toyota family. I just prefer the streamlined look OEM parts provide vs. aftermarket.

It also should make it easier for me when I sell and I really get a kick out of people looking at something on my truck and questioning it.

The color of these switches is slightly off from the factory color, but not bad enough for me to worry about. Way better than the CH4x4 switches.

I have them and they match pretty good. It's not perfect but it's close enough you don't really notice. I like the amber; makes it really easy to see if its on or not.
