    The 98 is now in storage and the 01 moved to its new unit… waiting on shelves so I can push the 01 further and get the 93 mr2 shoved in there… word on 01 is I should expect half the drivetrain end of December. 98 and the 02 frames are secured, but awaiting the kid to go get them.

    Thank you I agree. The grill has to come off to install the winch so while it's off it's getting a brightening up and all new clips. Should make a huge difference.

    They are Alcan's, but they're 4+ years old and see a lot of tough miles. I can't say that I'd consider it a warranty issue. It's a bummer, but in the scheme of things, I'd rather this break than my axle housing or something.


    Oh, wait. :rofl:


    My bushings were shot too when I did the axle housing repair. I was like, "no wonder the rear end is so squeaky," hahahaha.
