    only took 12 minutes on the phone because their website is jacked right now and i couldn't do the claim there. and 5 of those 12 minutes was me yelling at the automated phone system "I WANT TO TALK TO A REAL HUMAN!!!!" :angrygirl:

    LS1 swap with nitros.
    It helps to get in when a set is
    they need to rebrand to Fed-Up. They were terrible pre (shall not be said worldwide event) and have gotten worse from it. If it’s shipped Fed-Up, it’s pretty much guaranteed at least a few days late. Sorry for your loss.

    Fed and UPS have always been good in my area. USPS has a horrible track record for me. I'm thinking, based on the time of year and that it was a Sunday delivery, that it was a brand new driver. Seems like the new guy would get the Sunday route since that's outside of the normal delivery range for us here.
