In your case maybe electric might be the better option .

Nothing worse then the Air Compressor running constantly and still not having enough output to keep up so the air tool performance is dismal and frustrating.

Tool's already ordered. Not going back on that. I'd sooner just upgrade to a better compressor some day.

I tried one of those blast out of a bucket suction sandblasters with a small compressor years ago -- it sucked... :rimshot:

As a general rule you get 3-4 cfm per 1 electric horsepower with a reciprocating compressor.

A 2 stage compressor makes 175 psi usually so there is more volume of air available in the tank to be used than the same size tank with a single stage at about 130 psi. Once you have plenty of air you never want to go back to a smaller capacity machine.

My shop compressor is a 2 stage built in 1960, still chugging along.

I forgot to post this yesterday; I went to lunch with my friend and former boss at this diner in Doylestown and saw this BIG spider in the window...

I came across this underappreciated survivor while running an errand for work today; 1981 Dodge Mirada with only 33K original miles!

I don't know the species, but we have them at my house. I do know they're generically in the group called "Orb Weavers". Nice webs they make. They're scaredy-cat spiders and dash away fairly quickly when their web gets disturbed. I know they are not poisonous (only two spiders could be in the region as even potentials for poisonous). Give it a pat on the butt and be on your merry way.

And this one's pretty well loaded for forty years ago; A/C, factory stereo cassette, and even a floor shift automatic!

They were marketed as a sporty personal luxury car like a Thunderbird.

A little bit better looking than a Thunderbird of the same year in my opinion, plus I do believe this car has the bulletproof 3-speed Torqueflite! Also, it's funny you should say that, because I thought this Mirada was a Thunderbird at first!

I've pretty much stopped doing glass. It has gotten worse trying to find windows. So I stopped advertising altogether. And they last window I ordered the customer was a no show I tried calling multiple times with no answer. And it just cost me money I don't have. And I'm stuck with a windshield that I'll never use.
