The same dealer that blew me off on a build that didn't seem like it was going to happen and wanted $38K for a trd offroad has the same damn car minus the premium and tech package now for $34K. Mine is supposed to be built next week. Going to have to renegotiate this one to adjust to market conditions.

That's the JBL. The non JBL is $2300. I can put my own/better sound system in for less money. Bastards could have played ball and not have a car sitting on the lot. F-em.

Have to reprice mine anyway since I was originally quoted with a bed cover and steps. I had them pull the steps after checking out aftermarket and they couldn't get the build/order to go through with the bed cover.

 

They were asking over msrp? Not sure if anyone paid over msrp lol.. Most of us seemed to get a few hundred over invoice. Seems like that dealer is just an idiot.

 

Since the NE just got them, they are still at MSRP. I got a text about an OR AC yesterday asking if I was still interested, I texted back, I was looking for the "wow price" and that what was sent was MSRP, he said that is correct, I said no thanks. One dealer called yesterday and told me that I would have to put a deposit down just to hold the truck and still pay MSRP. Jersey is bad to begin with (bought last truck in PA), but MSRP on an AC tacoma, go kick rocks.

 

I decided to wait. 15' Collie is paid for and under warranty for another 2 & 1/2 years. Dealer is not to happy with me but he will get over it . Besides he is not the only dealer within 100 miles of me.

Well it is temporary relief from the daily threads about how much my trade in is worth, should trade in and try get trade for a new X, anyone know where I can get a new Tacoma for under MSRP?
