Went on a 3 day camping/riding trip out in the mountains of VA/W-VA 2 weeks ago. Beautiful area, If you get the chance go explore anywhere west of Stanton/Lexington, it’s absolutely beautiful. Mix of secluded narrow windy pavement and gravel mountain roads.

I took a risk and ordered some Forma Adventure tall boots from www.dirtbikebitz.com just now. $192.07 shipped and expected delivery on Monday (we will see how that goes).

Revzilla wanted $279 for these, and they didnt price match even though they have a US website. Revzilla also tried to discourage me, but an almost $100 savings my interest was peaked.

Will report back. Its 9:30pm in UK at the moment. Their operating hours are 0600-1300 british time. Their response to me was about 20 min ago. That's pretty good in my book.

Wasn't with them but same area! We had an r1200r with us so minimal gravel, did do the section from MABDR that runs through smoke hole road though.

Love mine. Don't have the talls though. I got the half, or 3/4, whatever the not tall are. They've held up really well after 3 seasons, and no problems with discomfort wearing them on a 10-12 hour day.

Are those Conti Sport Attacks? How do you like them?? I am looking for an inexpensive set of tires for my Monster 1100 and thought about picking up a pair.

    Road Attacks.

    meh…

not as sticky as you’d think, for as fast as they wore out, but I wouldn’t say they’re horrible.

I would not trust them any further than I could throw them on anything but a warm, dry road…. they have a tendency to unhook if it even looks like rain or they’re not at fresh chocolate chip cookie temps.

It’s my first time on a bike in that area and man it’s fun. We’ll have to go out sometime… only sucky part is it takes like 2 hrs of highway riding to get there.

Long shot but i'm looking for a 6x9? enclosed trailer to haul my Harley and bike jack from around Akron, OH back here to Upstate SC during my holliday trip home for Thanksgiving. I can return it New years when I go back up for my Christmas vacay.
It would be a huge help to me.

I really dont want to pay $6k just to use it once and have to try and re sell it.

Will be pulling it with my Jeep Rubicon. I believe rated for 3500 lbs.

Can pick up and return anywhere along this route. Thank you.

Great boots, love mine. Guessing mine have about 30,000 miles on them…been in all weathers, across streams, on hikes and always stayed dry and comfy. Darn tough socks pair nicely. I did add some premium hiker insoles which gave my foot a bit more support walking off the bike. Bought mine directly from forma on eBay, price was about the same. I’ll buy them again.

@Matic mine is used as a storage unit  does it have to be enclosed? U-haul motorcycle trailers are cheap and it would tow better behind your Jeep.

I didn't think to look on ebay for new boots.
